EMDR Therapy
A Powerful Tool for Healing from Trauma and Anxiety
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, research-backed therapy that helps the brain process and heal from difficult experiences—like trauma, anxiety, or painful memories. It doesn’t require talking in detail about the past and can be especially helpful for kids and teens who feel “stuck.” EMDR helps them move forward with less distress and more confidence.

TESTIMONIALS
"We were at a loss watching our daughter struggle with anxiety and shutting down at school. From the first session, we felt heard—and more importantly, our daughter felt seen. Caitlin connected with her in a way no one else had. Her compassion, patience, and understanding helped our daughter find her voice again. We're so thankful for the progress she's made—and for the peace it's brought to our whole family."
"Before therapy, I felt like nobody really got me. Talking to Caitlin was different. She didn’t try to fix me—she listened, like really listened. I learned how to deal with my anxiety and not be so hard on myself. I feel stronger now.
Like I’m finally okay being me."
"I’ve referred several students to Caitlin, and the growth I’ve witnessed has been remarkable. She brings warmth, structure, and a deep respect for each child’s journey. Whether it’s trauma, school stress, or social struggles, she meets kids right where they are and walks beside them. Her work is a true gift
to this community."
