she/her
I believe people are more than what they’ve been through. Your experiences matter, but they don’t define your worth—and your story holds insight, resilience, and meaning, even in the parts that feel heavy.

I know what it’s like to want a space where you don’t have to over-explain yourself… where you can just show up as a human being. That’s the kind of space I aim to create. A space where you feel seen, supported, and understood. Without judgment or pressure to be anything other than who you are.

I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, and emotional overwhelm. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside but feel anything but on the inside: over thinkers, people pleasers, deep feelers, and those who are used to holding it all together for everyone else.

My approach is grounded, collaborative, and rooted in both evidence based therapy and nervous system work. While talk therapy is a powerful tool, I also integrate somatic and mindfulness based practices to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and feel more present in your day-to-day life.

In our work together, we might slow things down, notice what’s coming up in your body, and gently build awareness and skills that support real, lasting change. Some sessions are more reflective, some more practical and many are a mix of both. Clients often describe therapy with me as warm, grounding, and real. There’s space for honesty, for humor, and for the parts of you that don’t always get seen. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start.

I also recognize that we’re shaped by our experiences, relationships, and environments, and I hold that context in mind as we work together. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you; it’s about understanding you, supporting you, and helping you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.

This is a space where all parts of you are welcome, especially the ones that are still figuring things out.

A little more about me
When I’m not in therapist mode, I’m usually recharging in slower, more intentional ways—spending time with my kids and family, moving my body, or getting outside in my garden. I love a good coffee moment, meaningful conversations, and anything that helps me feel a little more grounded and connected.
Lately, I’ve also been leaning into practices like yoga, meditation, and sound healing—not just as part of my work, but as ways I take care of myself, too.
